SUMMARY:
The Radiology Support Services Coordinator, under the supervision of the Radiology Manager, is responsible for the coordination and maintenance of radiological support services; assists personnel in clerical and support areas of radiology; assists with the Radiology Information System; assumes other duties and responsibilities as directed by Radiology Manager.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal training which will probably be indicated by a high school diploma or equivalent; excellent planning and organizational skills, including task and resource management; effective communication skills; excellent analytical and deductive reasoning skills; a working knowledge of all radiological support service areas.
PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:
Physical guidelines include the ability to move, traverse, position self, remain in a stationary position and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day; ability to lift, carry, and position materials and equipment; manual dexterity and motor coordination; visual and auditory acuity.
