Landscapes Golf Management and Lexington Golf & Country Club are currently seeking an Office & Recreation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office and recreational facilities of the club.

JOB SUMMARY
Oversees the office administration, accounting, human resources and payroll needs for the course. Administers all non-golf recreational activities including kid’s events, fitness programs and oversees pool / fitness staff.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Manages the pool and fitness areas of the club including ensuring effective and safe operations of the pool and fitness areas.
- Creates club programs that are beneficial to club members. Develops and coordinates marketing of club programs and services.
- Hires, trains, schedules and directs the work of fitness, daycare and pool staff.
- Performs general office administration duties for the club.
- Maintains employee files, paperwork and payroll process. Ensures all human resource and payroll information is submitted timely and accurately.
- Maintains the confidentiality of Company, employee and member information.
- Writes edits and submits weekly club member email and monthly club member newsletter.
- Maintains appropriate sections of club website.
- Completes general accounting functions such as daily close, deposit and member updates.
- Maintains invoice record-keeping.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports for corporate.
- Processes month end statements and mailings.
- Attends and actively participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members / guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.
- Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers
