Clinical Services Representatives are expected deliver outstanding customer service for all clients and internal/external customers while providing efficient and effective daily operations of the Public Health Clinic and WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) programs. They expedite check in/check-out process by reviewing appointment status to view information regarding appointment and insurance information. Examples of work include: schedules client appointments; greets clients; routes clientele, determines client’s financial status; completes registration forms; prepares and maintains client health record, collects service fees and processes client bills, conducts community outreach activities, and makes referrals according to program procedures. If bi-lingual required, incumbent must be able to communicate effectively in both English and a defined non-English language with staff and clients as needed.
Education Requirements (Any)
CSR: High school graduate (or GED) plus 1 year experience.
CSR: High school graduate (or GED) plus 6 months of experience and 6 months of education in business.
