This is a professional level position in the Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for managing the tasks associated with Performance Management; Training and Development; and routine Employee Relations. Administrative support for training and development functions and initiatives, which Includes assisting with available online training registrations and reporting, developing and presenting employee and management training, and tracking employee compliance with training and proving training certificates This position reports to the Human Resources Officer and may be assigned special projects as needed.
Requires a bachelor's degree in business or human resources (or closely related field), 2 years of professional experience is required OR associate's degree with 3 years of professional experience required OR HS/GED with 6 years of professional experience is required.
TYPE OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least two years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong emphasis on training and development. Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and employee development strategies. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and drive continuous improvement in training programs.
