Buffing/Polishing hard surfaces, stripping, waxing
Maintain areas in a clean and orderly manner
Operate and maintain powered equipment needed for the job
Must be able to lead, direct and follow up on other floor care team members
Follow established safety precautions when performing tasks and when using equipment and supplies.
Plans, organizes and evaluates work activities appropriately
Follows established cleaning and operations procedures
Utilizes time in order to complete duties within established time allotments
Courteously communicates with facility personnel, residents and visitors
Frequently informs director of work status
One year of experience as a Floor Tech
