• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 2 Years of experience in areas of specialty within the past 5 years
• SC RN License
• Completes yearly safety training and other mandatory classes; earns a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education annually within specialty; efficient conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Key Responsibilities
• Leads and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and manage the patient's holistic care plan.
• Provides ongoing support, guidance, and leadership to nursing staff while promoting a positive image to patients, families, and visitors.
• Utilizes the nursing process for patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation, offering physical and psychological support to patients and families.
• Ensures care is delivered in alignment with Lexington Medical Center’s mission, vision, and standards, while adhering to professional nursing practices and regulations.
