Job Summary:
As a Full-Time Medical Lab Scientist III in the Blood Bank, you’ll perform essential lab testing to support patient care, ensuring accurate, high-quality results. Responsibilities include specimen collection, instrument calibration, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and serving as a technical resource.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Science, or Chemistry (60 hours in relevant coursework).
- Experience: 3 years clinical lab experience with ASCP Specialty Certification or 10 years supervisory experience.
- Certification: ASCP BOC, NCA, AMT, or AAB certification required.
