- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- 5 Years of experience as a registered nurse, including at least 2 years of utilization review, quality assurance, or case management experience and 2 years of experience in leadership role.
- SC RN License
- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates performance improvement activities, ensuring efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve patient care outcomes.
- Facilitates continuous compliance with DNV, SC DHEC, and other regulatory standards through readiness activities and ongoing evaluation of clinical protocols.
- Leads and participates in CQI teams, utilizing quality improvement tools and methods to enhance data accuracy and system functionality.
- Provides educational offerings and maintains professional development through continuous learning and involvement in outcomes management initiatives.
