Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Terminology, Biological, or Chemical Science
4 Years of relevant experience in the Clinical Laboratory
MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification
Oversee laboratory testing and ensure compliance with quality, accreditation, and regulatory requirements in Physician Office Labs (POLs) under the supervision of the Technical Coordinator.
Train POL personnel, develop policies and safety manuals, and manage laboratory maintenance, quality control, and proficiency testing.
Support inventory control, assist with testing system selection, provide specimen processing assistance, and ensure compliance with CLIA regulations through monitoring and training.
