Full-Time Day Shift (8 : 00am-4 : 30pm)

Minimum Qualifications :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
4 years of clinical or hospital experience; 2 years of experience in quality or utilization review.
SC RN License
Key Responsibilities :
Conducts retrospective reviews, analyzes data for trends, and provides reports to medical staff and hospital departments to support quality improvement and decision-making.
Develops and generates user-friendly statistical reports, prepares materials for meetings, and represents the department on committees and teams.
Contributes to risk management by investigating events, supporting patient safety, and implementing corrective action plans.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements, collaborates with teams to enhance the Clinical Information system, and assists with database audits and quality assessment activities.
