- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and offering product recommendations
- Manage inventory stock levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in automotive parts
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Exceptional customer service skills to address inquiries and provide solutions
- Familiarity with automotive service industry terminology is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer base
