We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Midtown Manhattan. As the voice of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference in our customers' experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls, providing accurate and timely information.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow established procedures and scripts while adapting to individual customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain composure under pressure.
