Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Pay Range : We offer both W2 and 1099 contracts for our employees. Pay ranges are listed below varying depending on which location you see members and which contract you choose.While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.

• Clinic : $32.00 - $39.00 per session
• School : $43.00 - $52.00 per session
• Natural (Home Health) : $46.00 - $57.00 per session

At Lexington Therapies, we’re seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in-person. • Key Responsibilities :
• Direct Therapy Sessions :
• Provide neuro-affirming therapy for members based on individualized treatment plans developed by Occupational Therapists.
• Implement therapeutic activities to support members' sensory-motor development and progress.
• Monitor and document members’ progress, adjusting therapy as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Engage with members in a way that respects and supports their unique neurological profiles.
• Collaboration and Communication :
• Work closely with Supervising Occupational Therapists, families, and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to therapy.
• Educate and guide members, parents, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to continue progress at home.
• Administrative Support :
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress using electronic platforms.

• Requirements :
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the State of Arizona, in good standing.
• A passion for working with members and a commitment to delivering high-quality neuro-affirming therapy.
• Exceptional clinical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and flexibility in therapeutic approaches.
