About The Role
The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for the gathering and organization of data and processes for cross functional projects. This role serves as the point of contact for the customer account/ Business case projects. The deal candidate can coordinate and work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information, which will be used to improve systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives on cross-functional projects by assessing business-critical infrastructure, diagnosing root causes of challenges, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
- Proactively recommend solutions that enhance business performance and prevent future disruptions.
- Use reporting & analytics to drive improved process performance by delivering critical insights that inform strategy and execution. Ability to study historical trends to uncover opportunities, predict outcomes, and support data-driven strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to our stakeholders to optimize processes, improve efficiency and maximize productivity.
- Manage projects following the Lean Six Sigma Processes.
- Deliver assignments in a timely manner aligned with the critical needs of the business vertical or external customer.
- Familiar with and able to create project artifacts, such as charter, (including scope), project timeline, process maps, work breakdown structures, project tracker, risk tracker, and status reporting, to manage the project.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings. Deliver concise and thorough meeting notes.
- When there is a risk of conflict between project and other processes, immediately notify the impacted leaders.
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required or 3-5years of equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years project management experience.
- Working towards Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification nice to have.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a highly matrixed organization, interacting, influencing, negotiating effectively with all levels of leadership and peers.
- Successfully demonstrated project leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, with frequent and substantial priority changes, challenging timelines and major resource constraints is desired.
- Experience with MS Office, CoPilot, Visio, Power BI, Tableau, and other tools to analyze data.
- A take-charge and decisive person capable of leading initiatives.
- Professionalism and strong communication skills.
- Travel may be required
