About The Role

The Project Manager will manage numerous projects and work cross functionally. The Project Manager will collaborate on road maps and project schedules, and collaborates to resolve issues by working with resources utilizing our industry-leading technology.

Responsibilities

• Managing all phases of projects through the Product Development process, taking ownership for the schedule
• Defining key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress
• Negotiating with colleagues request project resources, reviewing resource allocations on an ongoing basis
• Maintaining compliance with corporate and public regulations
• Performing data analysis relevant to project tasks, and making process improvements based on findings
• Communicating project statuses and scheduling, facilitating review meetings, and escalating complex issues when needed
  
  

Requirements

• Be able to manage multiple and shifting priorities effectively
• Have experience coordinating team workflow in a changeable, deadline-driven environment
• Be a great communicator, able to deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience
• Have some experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Visio
• Be able to demonstrate experience of using a broad area of data to inform decision-making
• Be capable of building positive relationships and managing stakeholders
• Be able to demonstrate effective project management skills
• Have 3 years of IT Project Management experience
• Have a Bachelors degree in Technology, Finance, or Business, or equivalent experience

Position is eligible for base salary plus an annual bonus.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Minnesota, Hawaii, and Colorado: $84,900 - 141,600 USD 

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Illinois, Maryland and Washington: $89,200 - 148,700 USD 

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California and Washington DC: $97,700 - 162,800 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $93,400 – 155,800 USD
