JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Develop and execute performance and automation tests. Work with management to enhance quality and process standards and plan and execute effective and efficient test approaches to accomplish on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and / or data.
- Intermediate understanding of QA testing including different testing methodologies, legacy and new innovation / acquisition products.
- Work with more senior members of the team to evolve processes that enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
- Research available tools and lead or participate in initiatives to identify and implement those that will cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
- Work with more senior members of the team to identify areas for cooperation with other teams to improve overall quality.
- Configure, maintain, and / or administer testing tools or environments.
- Take on developmental assignments to support with the mentoring and coaching of others.
- Perform other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS :
3 years of experience : planning, designing automated tests and programming / coding using JAVA / J2EE; in Database validation by Using Oracle or PostgreSQL to write complex queries using different joints, sub queries, and nested queries and fine-tune long-running queries for efficient data retrieval; in performing root cause analysis and identifying tools which assist in Quality Assurance testing by log4j2 or related application logging tools.
