Responsibilities
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for:
  • Prospecting for new business through a high volume of cold calling and following up with prospects as previously identified
  • Identifying qualified prospects and navigating company structures to identify key decision makers and influencers
  • Working closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, and build pipeline
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and building client profiles by updating client information and managing sensitive client and prospect data

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Prior lead generation or inside sales experience
  • Experience with heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound/day)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
