The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for:
- Prospecting for new business through a high volume of cold calling and following up with prospects as previously identified
- Identifying qualified prospects and navigating company structures to identify key decision makers and influencers
- Working closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, and build pipeline
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and building client profiles by updating client information and managing sensitive client and prospect data
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior lead generation or inside sales experience
- Experience with heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound/day)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
