About our Team
Our Customer Success team strives to deliver high quality assistance to our internal partners to support our customers. We move our customers to product optimization by reducing churn to accelerate the adoption of our products. We work collaboratively in the post sales process with our sales team and customers.
About the Role
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will ensure that our customers are onboarded into our products. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help the team collaborate successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Order orchestration & Fulfillment of Corporate Legal LexisNexis Orders into CRM systems
- Authorizing end user access to subscription product
- Using business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
- Assisting Sales with Marketing campaigns based on product sales strategies
- Prepare Order confirmations based on order submission. Attention to detail is essential in this aspect.
- Act as a liaison with other Segments/department on operational matters of mutual importance.
- Interacting with both internal and external stakeholders to assist with troubleshooting product access and/or billing inquiries
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience
- High school diploma: Associate degree preferred
- In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of products including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with sales industry software (i.e Salesforce.com) and client relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of sales contracts and agreements.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Requires the ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgement.
