About the Role
The Tech Lead is a hands-on Professional Services leader responsible for ensuring project success by driving execution, managing risk, and fostering collaboration and appropriate delegation across all stakeholders. You will act as the Professional Services lead and operational owner of projects, ensuring the team is fully aligned, risks are proactively reported and mitigated, and clients receive an exceptional experience.
This is a role for someone who is willing to push boundaries, thrives on challenges, and is motivated to grow within the role. We don't just encourage initiative; we require it. The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey : $113,100 - 150,700 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Illinois : $107,900 - $143,900 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Maryland : $107,900 - $143,900 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Washington DC : $118,200 -157,500 USD
