Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Parts Professional to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring that our dealership operates efficiently by managing parts inventory, assisting technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Manage and maintain parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Assist technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for repairs and maintenance.
- Utilize systems for tracking orders and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, order parts, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries regarding parts availability and specifications.
- Fabricate or modify parts as necessary to meet specific repair needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies related to automotive service and repair.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Experience with supplier management and effective negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with equipment repair processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of auto body repair techniques is beneficial but not required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
