Lexus of Naperville is seeking a skilled and experienced Quicklube Service Technician to join our team! As a Quicklube Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair services on vehicles including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections. This full-time position requires work on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00PM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with one weekday and Sundays off. Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Quicklube Technician preferred
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
