Lexus of Nashville is looking for a full-time Service Receptionist to join our team. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be able to multitask and adhere to a schedule.
PAY RATE $16/HR, $17 AFTER 90 DAYS
PAID WEEKLY

The job responsibilities are listed below:
- Greets service customers and determines the nature of their visit.
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customers is waiting, and introduces the customer to the service consultant.
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
- Responsible for assisting customers with loaner vehicles.
- Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department, or individual, or takes a thorough message in the event that an associate is not available.
- Schedules service appointments.
- Prepares refreshments and performs light housekeeping duties in cafe.
- Understands and follows receptionist processes and procedures.
- Assists with dealership duties as requested.
Exposure to both indoor and outdoor elements, entering and exiting buildings, and transportation mode during all seasons
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report and valid driver's license.
