Lexus of Cool Springs has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Full-Time Service Valet. We are looking for someone that enjoys meeting people and assisting them.
PAY RATE $16/HR, $17 AFTER 90 DAYS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets and welcomes clients in a friendly and courteous manner, and assist them to the appropriate advisor or location
- Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
- Installs disposable seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers, and ID tags in all vehicles brought in for service
- Inspects each vehicle for damage prior to parking for service and when retrieving after service for lot damage
- Drives vehicle through automatic car wash and light vacuuming
- Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
- Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
- Follows all safety and security procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- No experience necessary. We are willing to train
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Highly professional and dependable
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members
- Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- All applicants must be at least 19 years old with 3 years of driving experience, able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report and valid driver's license
Salary : $16 - $17
