Automotive Warranty Clerk – Lexus of Orlando

Responsibilities:
- Process manufacturer warranty claims and post service invoices
- Review and verify vehicle warranty repair claims for accuracy and completeness
- Follow up to ensure timely payment from the manufacturer
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to gather all required documentation for each claim
- Support the Service Manager with daily service operations, including customer invoice posting
- Provide general administrative support within the service department
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator is required
- Minimum of 5 years of dealership automotive service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
