Lexus of Sarasota - Bodyworx is a Luxury Brand Collision Center that is looking to add qualified Body Shop Refinish Technician(s) to our team. Our Collision Center is working toward our goal of creating the premier luxury collision center team in the Southeast. We are seeking those team members that pride themselves on providing quality, OEM certified repairs for our customers using genuine OEM parts and modern equipment. Our Collision Center is also air conditioned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complying with all safety and OSHA procedures and requirements.
• Maintaining copy of work order in the left corner of dash throughout repair process.
• Being responsible for all repairs assigned and listed on the work order. This includes all additional notes listed requesting special requests, promises, or repair procedures from company or customer.
• Manual labor job including sanding, taping , vehicle disassembly and prepping painted surfaces.

Must be proficient with waterborne paint products and proper refinish operations.

PREMIUM LINE OEM CERTIFICATION A PLUS

I-Car Certification a plus

2 Plus years Body shop experience is preferred. Will consider an apprenticeship for a motivated novice with a great work ethic looking to start a career in a booming industry.
