Receptionist

Lexus of Tacoma, a dealership part of the O’Brien Auto Group, is hiring for a Full Time Receptionist. The Receptionist will be directly responsible for making sure all phone calls and customers are handled in a prompt and professional manner. Customers are our highest priority!

***Must be willing to work BOTH Saturday and Sunday plus three set weekdays. This is a set full time schedule consisting of five eight hour shifts. This position pays $18.00/hour**

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Answering dealership phones
• Detailing legible messages
• Directing guests to the correct department
• Cash handling
• Processing and scanning service paperwork
• Stocking the lobby snacks and refrigerator
• Cleaning the lobby coffee machines
• Maintaining the lobby waiting area
• Greeting guests courteously
• Working cooperatively with all departments
• Maintaining professional demeanor while at work
• Following company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands: Required long periods (80-90% of workday) of standing and walking (on showroom floor, on dealership lot including interior and exterior of building). Capable of walking extensively on concrete. Infrequent sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Lifting 20 lbs or less and carrying 10 lbs or less on a frequent basis. Frequent pushing and pulling, twisting and turning of trunk, reaching and handling of objects, occasional climbing, balancing and crawling.

Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.
