Responsibilities
The Business Office Clerk manages administrative tasks related to vehicle sales, including processing new and used car deals, daily flooring payments, schedule reconciliation, trade payoffs, and contract management during transit. Responsibilities include accurately processing and recording vehicle deals and maintaining related schedules.
- Process daily deposits for three stores.
- Pull and post funding notices from Route One for two stores.
- Pay flooring for one store.
- Post used car AP invoices for two stores.
- Post new car inventory into accounting for two stores.
- Post and reconcile incentive payments for two stores.
- Maintain Dealer Daily and Lexus Learn, including :
Enrolling employees for scheduled classes.
