Freelance Associate CAD Designer (Menswear)

Here is what you need to know about the job: We are seeking an Associate CAD Designer to support our team in developing yarn dye patterns and print CADs for woven dress shirts. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Kaledo and have experience working with woven fabrics, particularly in menswear or dress shirts. Responsibilities: Create yarn dye patterns and print CADs based on design direction. Ensure accuracy in pattern repeats, colorways, and technical details. Collaborate with the design team to refine layouts as needed. Deliver high-quality, production-ready CADs within tight deadlines. Assist in organizing and maintaining CAD files for seasonal development. Qualifications: Strong experience in yarn dye pattern creation and print CADs. Proficiency in Kaledo (experience in similar software may be considered). Background in woven textiles, particularly dress shirts or menswear. Ability to work efficiently and meet quick turnaround times. Strong attention to detail and understanding of fabric development. Compensation/Benefits: The approximate hourly rate range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00. The offered hourly rate for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
