Available to work weekends as necessary.
Full time, 40 hour week.
Job Duties:
-Call leads within 24 hours.
-Tour prospects and secure rental applications.
-Deposit rental payments.
-Assist residents with entering service requests.
-Process all applications within 72 hours.
-Answer phone calls and return voicemails in a timely manner.
-Perform market surveys for the property.
-Perform move-in and move outs.
-Ensure all ads are current with rental rates and specials.
-Serve notices for any outstanding rental balances owed.
*Background with Entrata software and the property management industry is a plus.
Salary : $22 - $24
