Position Summary: As an integral part of our finance and operations team, the Accountant/Analyst/Operator will handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth financial and functional running of our group. This role combines accounting skills with analytical expertise to support decision-making, financial reporting, and day-to-day operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports to assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial laws.
- Collaborate with management to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support strategic initiatives.
- Operate and maintain financial management software and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or a related role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. eClinical software experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
