We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assistant to join our team at Lubbock Family Medicine. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing exceptional patient care in a fast paced environment. The Clinical Assistant will be responsible for supporting our clinical team, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering patient-centered care. This position is open to Medical Assistants (MA), Emergency Medical Techs (EMT, Certified Nurses Aids (CNA).
Responsibilities:
- Assists with all services and treatments.
- Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
- Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client’s medical chart.
- Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
Qualifications:
- Active MA, EMT or CNA Certification, must be in good standing.
- Clinical experience preferred, but not required.
- Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce etc.).
- Warm and welcoming bedside manner.
- Ability to complete detailed paperwork.
- Exceptional teamwork skills.
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
