Job Summary:

Essential Job Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in running a profitable branch and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures including reviewing daily reports, taking and creating orders, maintaining daily tracking requirements, and providing daily closing reports. Maximize productivity and efficiencies including a bias towards process improvements.
- Assist the Branch Manager with stimulating and growing business by maintaining contact with customers and outside vendors through direct customer contact, telephone calls, and direct mail campaigns. Service existing customers, prospects, and associates.
- Quote existing customers and potential new customers with Branch Manager input.
- Recruit, pre-screen, process, and manage associate (temporary) work force to meet client’s specific needs. Leverage social media for associate recruiting activities.
- Dispatch associate (temporary) workers that directly align with the customer needs.
- Process payroll and invoice customers.
- Assist with accounts receivables and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service as well as exceptional associate relations.
- Address and resolve associate issues or concerns. Escalate to Branch Manager, when appropriate.
- Perform sales telemarketing calls to include appointment setting and up-sell calls.
- Promptly notify management as to associate injuries and complete appropriate documentation.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including: data entry, copying, filing, preparing reports, inventory, and answering telephone calls.
- Position requires regular, dependable, and predictable attendance plus flexibility to adjust work schedule to meet the needs of the branch.
- Assists Branch Manager in actively promoting community awareness of Labor Finders and our services. This may include social media postings and other marketing-related activities.

Education, Experience, and Certification:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some college preferred
- Three (3) years of related office, customer service, or sales work experience
- Experience in customer service, customer relationship management, and customer satisfaction
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish a plus
- Industry staffing experience a plus
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions.
- Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others both orally and in writing and to exchange accurate information.
- Must be able to occasionally lift, move, or carry up to twenty (20) pounds.
- Typical office environment that may include prolonged periods of sitting or standing plus the ability to move about the office.
- Must be able to complete tasks in a moderately noisy or distracting office environment.
- The visual ability to observe details at close range (within 20 feet of the observer).
- Ability to drive to various customer locations, as needed.
- Ability to use technology including entering text, data, or information into a computer system.
