Cultivation Technician
The cultivation technician performs manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of cannabis cultivation, including, but not limited to, irrigation, pest management, pruning, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, curing, and sanitation under the supervision of the Cultivation Supervisor.
Essential Functions
Follow Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs)
Manage cannabis plants, giving each plant the attention it needs
Ability to execute techniques consistently
Responsible for meeting all department KPI’s
Take part in overall indoor cleanliness
Veg/Flower plants maintenance
Harvesting
Check irrigation
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience working with plants, plant disease and pests is desired
Strong work ethic
Proven ability to maintain consistency in a fast paced, hard working, high-stress environment
High attention to detail
Must possess a can-do attitude and be able to work with a team
Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekend
Must be able to obtain required licensing at time of hire and submit personal information for licensing and fingerprinting
