We are growing fast and looking for a highly motivated IT manager to lead our IT Desktop and System Administrator teams. The individual will lead these teams in supporting and managing our digital resources, including Google Workspace, Cloud Storage, SSO Deployment, Onboarding/Offboarding processes, Workstation Management, and Security Administration. They will report directly to the Director of IT & Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Desktop Support and System Administration teams.
- Oversee the administration, security, and optimization of corporate IT systems (Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Dropbox, etc.).
- Enforce and regularly review IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage IT service requests, incidents, and escalations, ensuring their timely resolution.
- Maintain endpoint security, access control, and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate software deployments, updates, and patch management.
- Oversee user account provisioning, deprovisioning, and identity management.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Oversee and provide technical guidance and support for IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to align IT services with business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in IT support and system administration, with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Dropbox, and similar corporate IT tools.
- Experience managing endpoint security, MDM, and access control solutions.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls).
- Experience with Incident Response, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, GCP) is a plus
- Experience with compliance, privacy, and security frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR) is preferred.
- Experience with JAMF and Intune is preferred.
- Experience with Google Workspace is preferred.
- Experience with supporting remote workforce is preferred.
