The Opportunity :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Data Products team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and transforming our data assets to drive the next generation of advertising solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, governance, and application in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize our ad stack.

What You'll Do :

  • Data Strategy Development : Execute and help define a comprehensive data strategy supporting the company vision and Director of Data Products, aligning with business objectives and overall product vision.
  • Data Governance : Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
  • Product Management : Oversee the development and management of data products, including data types, formats, and potential use cases.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams to make data accessible across the organization and drive data integration into various product lines.
  • Vision for ML and AI : Implement a vision for leveraging ML and AI technologies to process data and enhance the ad stack.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure the delivery of valuable data solutions.
  • Planning and Communication : Explain Data Product Management to stakeholders in the company, communicating strategy and product releases to the organization.

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a Data Products role, with significant experience in the CTV, streaming content, online display, or video media industries. Product Management experience in agile-based environments, including the use of project management tools and work with Project Management (PMO) teams.
  • Expertise : Proven expertise in Product Management working with Product Managers directly to assess data needs within an Agile Product Management process.
  • Technical Skills : Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data integration technologies.
  • ML and AI Knowledge : Experience preferable with machine learning and AI applications in data processing and advertising technology.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate product development progress and guiding teams towards achieving strategic goals.
  • Communication : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
