JOB SUMMARY: We are actively searching for an Administrative Assistant who will work on-site in our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. Your contribution towards the following responsibilities will have an important impact on the expansion and success of LG Chem. This required an individual bilingual in Korean and is based full time our Buckhead office.
What You’ll Be Doing
Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):
Responsibilities
• Executes on administrative functions to support 2 senior sales leaders.
• Perform supporting duties for sales platform.
• Plan and maintain travel schedule and calendar of daily, weekly and monthly events.
• Reconcile expenses with receipts for submission to accounting department.
• Order supplies.
• Maintain work itinerary.
• Interface with multi-cultural members of leadership team in a professional manner.
• Maintain schedule of expenses and due dates for timely payments.
• Handle lease, car, rental payments.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute office support functions.
• Additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Language: Korean Language required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and Korean fluently to quickly and accurately communicate crucial information with exclusive/primarily Korean-Speaking global business partners.
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting senior executive leaders in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations internal systems, ERP (SAP), and Accounting systems. Experience with large ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software especially Excel required.
Preferred Qualification/What We’d Like to See:
• Experience in a large, international corporation.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
