Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Support Representative will support LG Home Appliance Regional Accounts. The support will include but not be limited to portal support, logistics support, rebate support, and other general inquires. This position will provide day-to-day operational support for all aspects of the business. The candidate must have professional, a customer focused attitude, with the ability to collaborate with the sales team and wider organizations. This individual will coordinate with team members that represent all aspects of the business including Sales, and Order Management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
1) Communication skills: The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively is essential for an inside sales rep. They must be able to listen actively, understand customers' needs, and articulate the benefits of their product or service.
2) Customer service skills: Inside sales support reps must be customer-focused and able to build strong relationships with prospects and customers. They should be responsive, helpful, and able to resolve customer issues.
3) Time management and organization: Inside sales support reps often work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities to manage. They need to be able to prioritize their work, manage their time effectively, and stay organized.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
· 2 years of inside sales support, customer service or related experience
· Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, advanced functions: VLOOKUP, PivotTables
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to manage time effectively
· Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
