Responsibilities
- Manage facilities operation/maintenance related onsite vendors such as security guard services & janitorial services
- Manage vendors by providing general guidance on LG policies, supporting vendor procurement bidding, process vendor registration, coordinate with vendors for work orders, and regularly monitor service quality
- Manage special events held at the facility including events involving employees as well as outside visitors
- Process/monitor accounts payable expenses and follow up with disputes and reconcile with payments
- Work closely with Accounting Team to provide timely accrual reports for monthly book closing
- Allocate monthly budget for operational activities and request additional budget to the Planning Department as needed
- Analyze usage data through excel (Pivot Tables & Vlookup) for monthly invoicing to tenants as well as verification and reporting purposes
- Execute ad hoc projects and support other team members’ projects as needed with data acquisition, analysis, and admin support
- Bachelors degree with 1-3 years administrative or facilities management experience
- Bilingual in English and Korean
