We are looking for a dynamic Service Field Quality Engineer to join our team in Fort Worth, TX!

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Salary: $70,000-$83,000

This position monitors the quality of returned products and manages the quality of the products outputted by an LG affiliated KW warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and perform daily audits on the products that are returned to KW warehouse in Fort Worth, TX and surrounding sites.
• Make daily audit result reports and report audit results with countermeasures to the Tennessee subsidiary .
• Communicate with LG affiliated KW Warehouse, and Pantos warehouse to work on re-commercializing returned products.
• Analyze returned quality control process and provide feedback and interpretation to warehouse management or staff.
• Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures .
• Manage other KW Warehouses in different location in several states on West coast..
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 0-2 years applicable experience in manufacturing field or related industry
• Leadership experience a plus
• Domestic travel required (WA / IL / GA / TX / FL / TN )
• Bilingual English/Korean a plus
