We are looking for a dynamic Field Service Engineer to join our Quality team in Tampa, Florida!
Location: Tampa, FL
Salary: $66,500-$83,000 annually
This position monitors the quality of returned products and manages the quality of the products outputted by an LG affiliated KW warehouse.

This position monitors the quality of returned products and manages the quality of the products outputted by an LG affiliated KW warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and perform daily audits on the products that are returned to KW warehouse in Tampa, FL and surrounding sites..
- Make daily audit result reports and report audit results with countermeasures to the Tennessee subsidiary .
- Communicate with LG affiliated KW Warehouse, and Pantos warehouse to work on re-commercializing returned products.
- Analyze returned quality control process and provide feedback and interpretation to warehouse management or staff.
- Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures .
- Manage other KW Warehouses in different location in several states on West coast.
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 0-2 years applicable experience in manufacturing field or related industry
- Leadership experience a plus
- Domestic travel required (WA / IL / GA / TX / FL / TN )
- Bilingual Korean/English a plus
