They should also have a proven track record in managing media spending across various marketing platforms and leveraging Programmatic Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) to deliver personalized and impactful ads.
A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership capacity using data-driven marketing strategy focused on generating demand for consumer products. Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential, as is the ability to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders, as well as work collaboratively across peer networks.
