THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for our Specialty Markets Vertical Solutions Team focused on Stadium, Arena and Public Venues.

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, defining customer needs, and developing customized solutions to drive growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and ecosystem partners. This role focuses on The Voice of The Customer, Business Development and Solutions Curation.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and main points.
- Develop and implement strategies to gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights and inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Work closely with product development and marketing teams to curate and develop solutions that address customer needs.
- Customize solutions to fit specific client requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Develop and implement GTM and business development strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust as needed.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Base Pay Range : $110,000 to 135,000
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed. This position provides a Non sales incentive bonus.
