The Opportunity:
As a Technical write you will be responsible for producing technical and general documentation and content related to LGEUS Commercial Air Conditioning business.
- Writes and proactively maintains documentation including engineering manuals, installation manuals, submittals, service manuals.
- Translates complex technical concepts & content into easily read text, tables, charts & graphics.
- Proactively communicates ensuring accurate & complete information is provided to effectively support product lines.
- Works closely & collaboratively with other teams including Engineering and Platform Management.
Required Skills
- BS or BA in English, Journalism or Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 5 years technical writing experience
- Exceptional written, organizational, interpersonal, project management & communication skills
- Ability to drive projects to completion
- Highly motivated, resourceful personality with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be technically adept and able to understand subject matter
- Strong attention to detail
- Results driven, action oriented individual that is accountable for the success of project delivery and launch
