Title: Procurement Specialist I
Reports to: Sr. Procurement Manager
Location: Queen Creek, AZ
Summary
Procurement Specialist I will manage Indirect material (Equipment, Construction, General Items related to production) and provide support for buyers, purchasing officers, and related supplier. This role is responsible for sourcing and selecting global-level suppliers and maximizing investment efficiency, in order to improve the business competitiveness..
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and negotiate terms with current and potential global suppliers/vendors
- Review quotes, create purchase orders, arrange shipments, track orders, and make payments.
- Assist in reviewing price appropriateness for purchased goods
- Organize purchase documents and support internal reporting
- Assist with delivery tracking and goods receipt
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in general business, business administration, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field
- Supply Management Professional Certification (CPSM) is preferred.
- Fluent in Korean
