The pay range is approximately $20-$30/hr based on position and experience and is negotiable. Summary
As a Structural Concrete professional, you will be integral to the construction process, focusing on concrete forming, finishing, and installation. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your role involves utilizing core skills such as hand and power tools to ensure high-quality work. Your premium skills in mechanical knowledge and construction estimating will enhance project efficiency, while relevant skills in blueprint reading and carpentry will support comprehensive project execution. Responsibilities
- Set up and dismantle concrete forms and scaffolding as needed.
- Operate power tools and hand tools for concrete finishing and rebar installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks and renovations.
- Maintain safety standards and protocols while working on-site.
- Estimate material requirements and assist in the mixing of concrete.
Qualifications
- Proficient in concrete forming and finishing techniques
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Experience in construction site operations and renovation projects
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Familiarity with rebar installation and concrete mixing
- Relevant experience in carpentry, drywall, and roofing tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
