Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Assist with catering events and banquets as needed, ensuring high-quality service.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during meal service times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in roles involving food preparation or food handling.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
