You can feel confident representing the LGC brand of staffing services. As a Recruiter you will be cultivating relationships with candidates and assisting in building partnerships with Hospitality based business such as Hotels, Food Service Companies, Event Centers and more!
** We preform Background checks and Drug testing as well as reference checks **
We are currently hiring for a Bilingual Recruiter!
Hours are 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Some Saturdays as needed with alternate day off.
This is an Entry Level position with an opportunity to advance to upper level management as we only promote from within!
This person will be responsible for the following:
Recruiting via Job postings, Social Media and Job Fairs
Conducting Interviews
Managing on site event check ins at various locations within the Louisville Area ( we reimburse for Mileage)
Qualifications

· Experienced in hospitality preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
· Strong relationship building skills
. Bilingual in English and Spanish
