Branch Operations Manager / Branch VP / Hospitality Staffing

LGC is actively seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to assume the role of Branch VP .

This role requires a lot of energy, heavy sales, heavy recruiting, and constant people interaction as well as Hiring, Training and managing internal staff.

Salaried Position with additional monthly Commissions based on Branch Sales.

  • Monday - Friday schedule typically 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Some Saturdays required.
  • On Call hours coverage is rotated among all Full time Managers, Monday - Sunday and on Holidays.

Qualifications

· Results driven mentality

· Highly sales focused - Sales experience a plus!

· Experienced in Staffing and Branch Management

. Hospitality Experience

· A passion for providing exceptional service and solutions

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Analytical problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills

· Strong relationship building skills

· Self-motivated

· Leadership skills

· Competitive in nature

· Access to a reliable vehicle (travel to local client sites and outside sales is required)

. Associates Degree or Above

Responsibilities

· Promoting our company and services to both potential clients and candidates.

· Meeting weekly sales and business standards by planning and implementing sales strategies through sales calls, outside sales visits, email, and social media.

· Creating and following set action plans on a monthly and quarterly basis for performance evaluations.

· Hiring, Training, and leading a Team

· Recruiting and interviewing new temporary and temp-to-hire candidates via online job posting, in office interviews, and attending job fairs.

· Matching employees with clients to fulfill their staffing needs.

· Performing on-site visits and check-ins with our clients.

· General office duties including payroll, answering phones, and emails.

· Posting and monitoring job ads.

· Updating and utilization of multiple databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
