Must be able to be on feet 8 hours long or longer
Must follow directions

Recent Experience is Required
Breakfast Attendant Position Consists Of :
Ensuring guests have a positive experience by maintaining a clean dining area
Providing friendly and efficient service during breakfast hours; breakdown and cleaning once breakfast is over with restocking items for the next day.
Preparing for, setting up, and disassembling the buffet and resetting the area for the next meal service,
Ensuring that the buffet remains stocked with sufficient amounts of food
Interacting with guests and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner
Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant throughout the meal service
Ensures proper storage and rotation of inventory
Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage.
Ensuring that food portions and food presentation meet company standards.
Assemble dishes
Must be able to work as a team
Under direct supervision of the Manager, serves customers, follows safety and sanitation guidelines, and helps out in any area where there is a need for adequate coverage
