LGC Hospitality is looking for a Staffing Manager with an extensive hospitality background to train for upper leadership positions. This presents a significant growth opportunity for the right candidate.

You'll build relationships with candidates and help forge partnerships with hospitality-based businesses such as Hotels, Food Service Companies, Event Centers, and more. Responsibilities
· Recruiting and interviewing temporary and temp-to-hire candidates
· Matching employees with clients to fulfill their staffing needs.
· Performing on-site visits and check-ins with our clients.

All managers must have weekends and Holidays available to assist with client needs and events on a rotating on-call basis. Starting Pay will be hourly for the training period, this will move to a weekly salary with added commissions available.
